    Online Reservation of Foreign Currency Notes at WeChat

    To become a follower on Wing Lung Bank ITsME WeChat Official Account --- “ITsME by WLB”, WLB or non-WLB customer can enjoy the privilege of Online Reservation of Foreign Currency Notes Services without any reservation charges*. Customer can simply collect your reserved foreign currency note directly at the designated branches by making a reservation via “ITsME by WLB” beforehand.

    *For WLB customers, a handling charge of HKD40 will be charged for transaction with amount less than HKD3,000, while for non-WLB customers, a handling charge of HKD40 will be charged per transaction.

    Follow these three simple steps to get your foreign currency notes reserved.

    1. At “ITsME WLB” WeChat page, click on “即時申請”(“Apply Now”), then “產品預約” (“Product Reservation”)
    2. Follow the on-screen instruction to access the Product Reservation Form on your device
    3. Upon filling all the relevant information and submit successfully, our representative will handle your application and follow-up with you afterward
