    Lost or Stolen Card Reporting by Third Party

    The Bank may accept a third party’s instruction to report a lost or stolen CMB Wing Lung Credit Card or CMB Wing Lung ATM Card on behalf of the Bank’s customer, on an exceptional basis. However, due to security reason, the Bank only accepts replacement card issuance instruction conducted by the cardholder through Customer Services Hotline, or Customer Service at “CMB Wing Lung Bank Mobile App” or Personal NET Banking or in person at branches.  Should you have any enquiries, please contact our Customer Services Hotline at (852) 230 95555.
