In addition to the general credit services, the Bank also extends our financial services to those corporate clients with large capital requirement through loan syndication arrangement. Leveraging on our solid experience of arranging syndicated loan, the Bank will arrange syndicated facilities with various structures to cater for our clients’ unique financing needs. Besides being the lead arranger and book-runner, we also participate in many benchmarking syndicated projects in Hong Kong.
