Cash Withdrawal, Fund Transfer and Balance Enquiry

With CMB Wing Lung ATM Card, you can withdraw cash, check your account balance, transfer funds between CMB Wing Lung Bank (“the Bank”) accounts and transfer funds from your CMB Wing Lung Bank accounts to other JETCO member bank accounts via service at ATMs with  or  logo.

When using RMB Card to perform RMB withdrawal3 or point-of-sale purchases through Network in mainland China, transactions settled in RMB will be directly debited from your designated RMB account with no exchange conversion involved, giving you greater flexibility when traveling to mainland China.

RMB Cash Withdrawal Services

Using CMB Wing Lung ATM Card with RMB account, you can withdraw RMB in cash# at the Bank’s ATM with RMB logo, giving you greater flexibility with no exchange conversion involved.

You can also use the CMB Wing Lung ATM Card with HKD account to withdraw RMB in cash# at the Bank or other banks’ ATM with and RMB logo. Exchange rate will be upon ATM service provider bank.

# For each transaction, the minimum withdrawal amount is RMB100 and the maximum withdrawal amount is RMB4,000.

Shopping with Pleasure and Convenience

With CMB Wing Lung ATM Card, you can enjoy convenient and cashless shopping experience by making purchases at merchant outlets with or logo around the world. The transaction amount will be directly debited from your designated bank account.

Bill Payment and Charity Donation

You can settle public utility bills and commercial payments, credit card bills of our Bank and other JETCO member banks as well as making donations to charitable organizations through ATMs with logo.

Simply by setting up a PPS account at any registration terminal, you can pay your bills through the Internet or a tone phone anytime using your CMB Wing Lung ATM Card.

HKD Cash Deposit and Cheque Deposit Services

Besides, selected ATMs of the Bank also provide HKD Cash Deposit and Cheque Deposit Services to cater for your financial needs.

Other Services

You can change Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your Card and request for cheque books and account statements through ATMs with logo.

Bank Consortium Trust MPF customers can also make enquires about latest MPF contributions of your MPF accounts and account balances and make MPF contributions4 through ATMs with logo.

  1. HKD Cards include CMB Wing Lung Private Banking Card*, CMB Wing Lung Private Wealth Management Card*, CMB Wing Lung Sunflower Service Card*, HKD Card*, and Fast Cash Card. ATM services available for the Fast Cash Card include cash withdrawal, balance enquiry and PIN change only.
    *Customers should meet the requirement of Total Relationship Balance for relevant bank accounts opening.
  2. For customers who apply for the RMB Card, the Primary Account must be a RMB account and Secondary Account must be a HKD Savings or HKD Current account. For details of our RMB business and account operation, please refer to our latest “Notice on Renminbi Business.
  3. Handling fees per transaction are charged for cash withdrawals through UnionPay Network. For details, please refer to our deposit service fee table.
  4. For details of MPF contribution payment through ATMs, please refer to the “MPF ATM User Guide” prepared by Bank Consortium Trust.
  5. Handling fees per transaction are charged for fund transfers to other JETCO member bank accounts. For details, please refer to our deposit service fee table.
  6. HKD Cash and Cheque deposit service:
    • - Only applicable to selected ATM of CMB Wing Lung Bank (“the Bank”).
    • - Support for Cash Deposit Services in HKD dollar.
    • - Support for Cheque Deposit Services in HKD dollar (not applicable to USD and RMB cheque deposit).
    • - The cheque clearing cut-off time for HKD Cheque Deposit Services is 5p.m. from Monday to Friday. Cheques deposit after the cut-off time will be processed on the following banking day or as otherwise required by any applicable clearing house rules.
