SME Financing Guarantee Scheme

CMB Wing Lung Bank is taking a proactive role to support SME Financing Guarantee Scheme launched by Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited in Jan 2011. The Scheme aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises and non-listed enterprises business needs so as to enhance their productivity and competitiveness in the rapidly changing business environment. 

Key features of SME Financing Guarantee Scheme：
  • Both Non-revolving and Revolving credit facilities are available
  • The maximum amount of credit facility is HK$12 Million per enterprise
  • The credit facility must be used for providing general working capital for the enterprise's business operations, or acquisition of equipment or assets in relation to the enterprise's business
  • The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation will provide a guarantee amount of 80% of the facility amount
  • The maximum guarantee period is 5 years
