CMB Wing Lung CNY Food Pack Donation 2022
On the occasion of celebrating the 90th anniversary of CMB Wing Lung Bank, the Bank organized “CMB Wing Lung CNY Food Pack Donation” activity to benefit the elderly and low-income families in Hong Kong. In February 2023, the Bank cooperated with Lok Kwan Social Service (LKSS)*and donated 1,000 CNY food packs to the needy in five districts, further spreading the festive blessings and joy to beneficiaries.
On 2nd February, 2023, the management of the Bank led the volunteer team to participate in the donation ceremony in LKSS Tsz Wan Shan Center of Wong Tai Sin District, interacted with the beneficiaries and distributed food packs.
*Lok Kwan Social Service was established in 2000. It has been working together with all sectors of society to take care of the needs of the grassroots community, such as providing care services, homework guidance and training activities for children; supporting the employment of youth and women; and assisting in the employment of young people and women; organizing group activities for the elderly to enhance their physical and mental health; providing hot meal services, short-term food and daily necessities support to those in need.
