Organized the Mid-Autumn Charity Mooncake Workshop
To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, CMB Wing Lung Bank collaborated with Po Leung Kuk Chao King Lin Early Learning Center# and PLK on-campus pre-school rehabilitation service - The "I CAN FLY" project* - to organize a charity mooncake workshop for children with special educational needs (SEN). During the workshop, SEN children actively participated in various interactive activities and gained insights into holiday traditions.
Accompanied by 10 volunteers from the Bank, approximately 50 SEN children and their families had the opportunity to engage in the process of making classic custard mooncakes. The children followed the instructors' guidance, using their little hands to knead the dough, pack the fillings, spread egg paste, unmold the mooncakes, and finally, imprint the Chinese character of "CMB Wing Lung" on each one. This event created a unique and memorable experience for the children and their families, all made possible by the collaboration.
