Joined New Territories Walk for Millions of The Community Chest
The Bank continued to support for the New Territories Walk for Million of The Community Chest* in 2014, with both the number of participants and amount of donations raised breaking the past records! Nearly 400 staff with their friends and families joined the activities. With the donations from them and from CMB Wing Lung Foundations, a total of HK$246, 625 were raised, which enabled the Bank to clinch the 2nd runner-up of the 2014 New Territories Walk Top Fund-raiser Awards presented by The Community Chest.
*The Walks for Millions was first held in 1971. Since its debut, more than 160 walks have been organized with over 3 million participants and HK$5.6 billion was raised for The Community Chest.
