Family-friendly spirit helps employees balance their work and family lives, in turn resulting in improved morale, enhanced working relationships and reduced staff turnover, etc. The Bank has participated in the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme organized by the Family Council*, and is trilled to be honored with the following 3 awards, as a recognition to the Bank’s effort in placing family-friendly employment policies and practices to foster a pro-family culture and environment.

"Awards for Breastfeeding Support 2015/16"
The “Awards for Breastfeeding Support 2015/16” was new to this year's award scheme to commend employers who provide suitable facilities in the workplace to support employees who are breastfeeding. The Bank is bestowed with this award for setting up a spacious and equipped nursery room for our working mothers.
*The Family Council is an advisory body to the Government which has launched the biennial Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme since 2011. The scheme aims to applause for employers who are attached to the importance of family-friendly spirit, in order to raise the awareness of the importance of family core values such as to foster a pro-family culture and environment.
