The New Territories Walk for Millions of The Community Chest* in 2016 was held on 13th March 2016 (Sunday). The Bank has participated in the event for 15 consecutive years since records began. With the support from our colleagues and their loved ones, the Bank has once again hit a record high, both in number of participants and donation amount. With the support of 472 participants (including colleagues and their families) and the CMB Wing Lung Foundation, HKD428,960 was raised to support 24 social welfare agencies in enhancing “Family and Child Welfare Services”.

*The Walks for Millions was first held in 1971. Since its debut, more than 160 walks have been organized with over 3 million participants and HKD5.6 billion was raised for The Community Chest.
