Participated in The Community Chest Green Day 2013
We strongly believe environmental protection is part of our daily lives, so we encouraged colleagues to join The Community Chest Green Day 2013*. On the event days of 16th and 17th June, participating staff supported the event by taking the public transport and conserving resources, establishing habits of leading a green life. Moreover, all the proceeds raised from the event were allocated to the “Medical & Health Care Services” of The Community Chest, benefiting the needy and the underprivileged.
*The Community Chest was established in 1968 and was the first of its kind in Asia. The Community Chest Green Day is one of the events held by the organization, which aims to encourage the Hong Kong citizens to lead a green life.
