Joined Earth Hour 2015 of World Wide Fund
The Bank has been supporting the annual Earth Hour* event organized by the World Wide Fund since 2008. Commitment is demonstrated through our joint efforts with over 3,900 corporations & commercial buildings to turn off the unnecessary electricity as well as spot lights and neon signs in the specified period. We hope to share a green message to Hong Kong, so as to sustain the Earth.
*Earth Hour is a global event for energy conservation. It advocates families and corporations to turn off unnecessary lights and electrical appliances for 1 hour at 8:30p.m. on the last Saturday in March every year.
