Sponsored Colleagues to Join the 24th "Green Power Hike" of Green Power
"Green Power Hike" is an annual fund-raising walkathon organized by Green Power, which aims to promote the local environmental education. This year’s event was held on 21st January (Saturday) at Hong Kong Trail and has attracted over 3,000 participants. CMB Wing Lung Bank has sponsored 5 teams of colleagues to join the 50km and 25km Bank Cup. One of the 50 km teams has won the 1st Runner up title, which was very encouraging!
*Green Power Hike is one of the largest charity hiking activities on Hong Kong Island. It is also the annual fund raising event of Green Power. Donations raised from the event have been used as the main source of Green Power to promote environmental education.
