(1):   With effect from 22nd October 2013, 23 foreign currencies are available for Notes Exchange Services at all branches (Except Express Rail Link Branch).
(2):   The cheque clearing cut-off time is 5pm from Monday to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). For Express Rail Link Branch, the cheque clearing cut-off time is 3pm from Monday to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
(3):   Guide dogs are welcome for all branches in Hong Kong.
(4):   The business hours of Western District Branch, Sai Wan Ho Branch, Kowloon Bay Branch, Kwun Tong Branch and Express Rail Link Branch are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (closed on Saturdays); the business hours of Head Office and other Hong Kong branches other than those mentioned above are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm.
(5):   The multi-function ATM of Shing Yip Street Branch and the ATM service of Central District Branch are only open during branch business hours.
(6):   Our bank's ATMs provide cash withdrawal and other services; in addition to all ATM services, our multi-function ATMs also provide cash deposits, check deposits and other services..
(7):   Our bank's Voice Navigation ATMs provide voice ATM services to those in need. The voice ATM services include cash withdrawals, balance inquiries, and ATM card password change services.
