    Terms and Conditions:
    1. The phase 3 promotion period of “Spend for Travel Wish” lucky draw and “100% Transaction Rebate” lucky draw (collectively, “Promotion”) is from 1 September 2014 to 31 December 2014 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
    2. The Promotion is only applicable to the credit card account of CMB Wing Lung Credit Card / Affinity Card / Corporate Card / RMB Credit Card / UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card (“Cards”) which is successfully registered during the Promotion Period.
    3. Within the Promotion Period, cardholder will have 1 chance of “Spend for Travel Wish” lucky draw upon each accumulated spending of HK$500 (retail purchase, cash advance, online purchase, Merchant Interest-Free Instalment Loan monthly instalment amount, Credit-to-Cash monthly instalment amount and Flexible Instalment Loan monthly instalment amount (“Eligible Transactions”) by using the Cards. All Eligible Transactions will be counted in aggregate.
    4. Cardholder who spends overseas by using the Cards (other than Hong Kong Dollar and Renminbi) will have 2 times’ chances of lucky draw, i.e. upon each accumulated overseas spending of HK$500 and the original lucky draw chance, cardholder will have 2 chances of lucky draw in total. Cardholder who spends by using the Cards consecutively in September, October, November and December 2014 will have 3 times’ chances of lucky draw, i.e. upon each accumulated spending of HK$500 consecutively in September, October, November and December 2014, cardholder will have 3 chances of lucky draw in total.
    5. Cardholder who spends HK$5,000 or above each by using the Cards in airline companies or travel agencies, will have 1 chance of “100% Transaction Rebate” lucky draw. CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited (the “Bank”) will recognize the spending transaction in accordance with the merchant code (under the categories of airlines and travel agencies) established by the card organizations. The Bank will have the final decision regarding the eligibility of each spending transaction.
    6. There is no limit on lucky draw chances, but each cardholder in each Cards account can only respectively win 1 prize under “Spend for Travel Wish” lucky draw and 1 prize under “100% Transaction Rebate” lucky draw.
    7. Cardholder shall register online or by phone on or before 31 December 2014 for eligible to join the Promotion. Cardholder who has already registered in previous phase is not necessary to register again. If the Cards number has been changed after registration, new registration must be done again.
    8. For calculation of lucky draw chances, spending amount of RMB Account of RMB Credit Card and UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card will be converted to Hong Kong Dollar with exchange rate of 1:1. Spending of UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card in HKD and RMB will be combined.
    9. Only the spending posted in the Cards account of cardholder during the Promotion Period is eligible to the calculation of lucky draw chances. The computer record of the Bank shall prevail.
    10. The following spending are not eligible to this Promotion: autopay, balance transfer, interest free tuition loan, octopus auto reload amount, online bill payment, gambling chips, securities transaction, foreign exchange, travelers’ cheque, finance charges, handling fees, annual fee payment, account service fees, late payment charges, reversal transaction, personalized octopus application fee, cancellation or reimbursement of transaction, fraudulent transaction or other transactions that the Bank may define.
    11. Spending will be counted based on each Cards account. Spending of different Cards by the same cardholder, spending will be counted separately. Spending of principal card and supplementary card will be counted separately.
    12. The draw will be held by computer randomly in February 2015. The cash rebate and transaction rebate will be directly credited to the Cards account of winning cardholder.
      (i) “Spend for Travel Wish” lucky draw: Cash rebate for RMB Credit Card will be converted to Renminbi with exchange rate of 1:1. 
      (ii) “100% Transaction Rebate” lucky draw: The maximum amount of transaction rebate is HK$50,000. Transaction rebate for RMB Account of RMB Credit Card and UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card will be converted to Renminbi with exchange rate of 1:1.
    13. The winner list will be posted on the Bank’s website. A notification letter will be sent to all winning cardholders.
    14. Only those cardholders whose Cards accounts are valid and in good standing at the time of depositing the cash rebate and transaction rebate will be eligible to the gift, cash rebate and transaction rebate.
    15. The cash rebate and transaction rebate are only applicable for deduction of new spending items and are not transferable and cannot be redeemed into cash.
    16. The gifts cannot be redeemed into cash. The use of the gifts will be subject to the terms and conditions of the participating merchants.
    17. Fraud and abuse on a cardholder’s Cards transaction will result in forfeiture of cardholder's eligibility to participate in this Promotion as well as cancellation of cardholder's Cards. The Bank further reserves the right to take legal actions in such instances. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
    18. If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
