- The promotional period of CMB Wing Lung Credit Card WeChat Pay Promotion ("the Promotion") is from 1st November 2016 to 31st January 2017, both dates inclusive ("Promotional Period").
- The Promotion is only applicable to the credit card account of CMB Wing Lung Credit Card, CMB Wing Lung Affinity Card, Luxe Visa Infinite and CMB Wing Lung Corporate Card (each a "CMB Wing Lung Credit Card"). The Promotion is not applicable to CMB Wing Lung UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Card.
- The first 4,000 CMB Wing Lung Credit Card cardholders (each a "Cardholder") to bind CMB Wing Lung Credit Card to the WeChat Pay HK Wallet and make one purchase are entitled to HKD70 cash rebate ("Cash Rebate").
- Each Cardholder is entitled to the Cash Rebate once for the Promotion. If Cardholder has more than one CMB Wing Lung Credit Card, the Cardholder is entitled to the Cash Rebate once only.
- The Promotion is only applicable to Cardholders making purchases with WeChat Application via WeChat Pay HK Wallet and the transactions are recorded in the CMB Wing Lung Credit Card accounts of Cardholders during the Promotional Period. Records of CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited ("the Bank") shall be conclusive and binding on Cardholders. All non-recorded, cancelled, rejected and withdrawn transactions shall not be applicable to the Promotion. The Bank shall have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of spending transactions and the Bank's decision shall be final, conclusive and binding on Cardholders.
- The Cash Rebate will be directly credited to the CMB Wing Lung Credit Card account of the Cardholder in April 2017. The Bank will credit the Cash Rebate to the account of the first CMB Wing Lung Credit Card the Cardholder used to make a purchase with WeChat Application if the Cardholder has more than one CMB Wing Lung Credit Card.
- Cardholders are entitled to the Cash Rebate only when the CMB Wing Lung Credit Card accounts of the Cardholder are valid and in good standing at the time of crediting the Cash Rebate.
- The Cash Rebate is only applicable for deduction of new spending transactions, not transferable and cannot be redeemed into cash.
- Fraud and abuse on a Cardholder's spending transaction with CMB Wing Lung Credit Card will result in forfeiture of Cardholder's eligibility to participate in the Promotion as well as cancellation of the CMB Wing Lung Credit Card. The Bank further reserves the right to take legal actions in such instances. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final, conclusive and binding on Cardholders.
- The Bank reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the Promotion at any time or to amend the respective terms and conditions without further notice. In the event of any dispute, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.
- WeChat is a third party platform. Products sold via WeChat Pay HK Wallet are provided by a variety of merchants. For product details and after sales services, please refer to the respective terms and conditions.
- If there is any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
