Terms and Conditions:
  1. The Conditions for Investment Fund Savings Plan shall apply.
  2. Promotion subscription fee offer will be calculated in accordance to the total number of installments of Savings Plan. Total number of installments refers to the number between the last payment in which the required Contribution Amount was paid and the first cycle in which the required Contribution Amount was paid.
  3. Promotion Subscription Fee
    a.  The subscription fee will be calculated based on the subscription fee stated in the Prospectus of the relevant fund. A promotion subscription fee is set for each Investment Tenor.

    b.  If the subscription fee of the fund is lower than the promotion subscription fee, take the lower fee as the criterion.
    c. All privileges are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
    d.  The Bank reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the above offer and amend the terms and conditions thereof at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  4. Payments to be made for the purchase of units in a currency other than that of the agreed Funds may be converted by us into the applicable currency at the rates and times selected by us. We may refuse to accept any payment in a currency other than that of the agreed Funds at any time. Payments to be received by us on your behalf in respect of the Funds from time to time in a currency other than that of your Settlement Account may be converted by us into the applicable currency at the rates and times selected by us. The difference of exchange rates will be carried by you in respect of the currency paid for the fund will be converted into the original currency if the fund subscription fails. We may deduct all fees and expenses for the conversion from each such payment.
  5. We will conduct suitability assessment periodically, if mismatch, your Investment Fund Savings Plan will be suspended.
  6. The Bank reserves the right to vary the funds available for selection at any time without further notice.
  7. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
