*Prime rate refers to the HKD best lending rate from time to time quoted by our Bank, subject to fluctuations.

** HIBOR Base refers to Interbank Rate from time to time quoted by our Bank, subject to fluctuations.

  1. If the applied loan amount exceeds 70% of the purchase price or valuation price (whichever is lower), customers are required to apply for a mortgage insurance cover. Application for Mortgage Insurance Programme is subject to the final approval of the Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited. For the corresponding premium, please refer to the official website of HKMCI.
  2. Cash rebate for a mortgage loan under the Mortgage Insurance Programme is calculated based on 70% of the purchase price or valuation price (whichever is lower).
